The timeframes for dispatch and arrival to your address vary based on supplier location, courier service and customs clearance for orders dispatched by overseas suppliers.

We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery times can be affected by the size and number of items in order, courier service and customs delays for products dispatched from overseas locations.

Order processing time:

We strive to process all orders within 24 hours of cleared payment. If for any reason, we are unable to dispatch within 10 business days, we will offer you a refund. You are welcome to initiate order cancellation and refund request if the order has not been dispatched within 10 business days.

We source our products from suppliers located in multiple parts of the world, some in Australia. We have carefully selected suppliers with the shortest delivery times.

Delivery to PO Boxes and non-physical addresses:

Delivery to PO Boxes and non physical addresses depends on the product being delivered and is at the sole discretion of the carrier.

Authority to leave:

Where applicable, Authority to leave (ATL) option can be selected so the parcel can be left at your property. Avantgear.au will take no responsibility for lost items in this case. For any issues with the the delivery, please contact the courier company. You will receive the information about the courier once your parcel is dispatched.

It is important to provide accurate email address and other contact details when placing your order as these will be used to notify you about dispatch and order updates.

Carrier name and tacking number (if available) will be provided to you on your email address.
